Job Description: Odoo & Operations Specialist — Atlanta, GA (Contract 1099)

Colabmo is seeking an experienced and adaptable Odoo and Operations Specialist to support multiple startup clients in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This is a 1099 contractor position, ideal for professionals who thrive on variety and enjoy helping growing companies streamline and scale their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and optimize Odoo ERP solutions for manufacturing and operational processes.
  • Work closely with client teams to map out business processes and translate them into Odoo workflows.
  • Provide hands-on support for manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Train client staff on best practices for Odoo and operational procedures.
  • Offer guidance on operational improvements and scalability strategies for startups under $20 million in revenue.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing client support across multiple projects.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience working with Odoo ERP in manufacturing environments.
  • Deep understanding of operational processes, including production planning, inventory control, and procurement.
  • ASCM CPIM certification preferred.
  • Odoo Certification highly desirable.
  • ASQ certifications (such as CQA, CQE, or CMQ) are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Must be located in or near the Atlanta, Georgia area with the ability to visit client sites when necessary.
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • A security clearance may be required for certain client engagements.
